Should Oregon Fans Be Worried Yet?

Chip Kelly probably wishes the bleeding would stop in Eugene, OR. Kelly has done almost everything that he can to make the best out of what has become a very ugly off season within the Duck camp.

Just this morning Kelly announced that LB Kiko Alonso will be suspended for the season following his DUI arrest early Saturday morning. Kelly also has kicked WR Jamere Holland off the Duck team for making comments about the coach and racial slurs on facebook.

Most duck fans though are still waiting on the outcome of star RB LaMichael James whose court date is set for March 24th on battery charges.

Kelly has done a good job of controlling the situation in Eugene as best as he can. The media is starting to question some of Kelly's decisions but as anyone knows the media that is bound to happen. Kelly just needs to start being a little more specific about why players are being suspended or kicked off and why some players are still being able to participate in all activities even though their actions might be more severe. All the media needs to do is get a scent that something is not right in Eugene and it will be all over it. I got faith in Coach Kelly that he plays this the right way for the long term of the program.

We should be restrained again this off-season in making statements about other teams' arrests/suspensions.

We had a fine year last year keeping the number of players at UGA arrested/suspended to a minimum, but there is no doubt we lost to Oklahoma State in the 1st game because of missing players, scoring only 10 points on Offense against a team that ended up NOT RANKED in the Top 25 of the Final AP Poll and a team who LOST to Houston, but did not lose to us.

It is not what we did every other year, so I worry rightfully so.

.

We had 21 LOSSES the last 9 years of Vince Dooley.

We had 21 LOSSES 9 years Wally Butts 1940-1948.

We had 27 LOSSES the last 9 years of Coach Richt.

1-Loss or 0-Loss vs The SEC in Coach Richt Era :

2 Alabama 2009, 2008

2 Auburn 2005, 2004

1 Ole Miss 2003

1 LSU 2003

1 UGA 2002 only, 9 years ago now Jim Donnan’s recruits

0 hope that we will do anything in The SEC this year either.

Right ? Or, wrong that we have 0 hope in SEC this year ?

What I love are the DISNEYdawg.com posters who run in here and regurgitate that in the Coach Richt Era, his record on Opponent’s Field is more wins in The SEC than any other SEC team.

Read that to mean that they do not want you to discuss

# 1 what Coach Richt’s Record in The SEC is at HOME

# 2 what Coach Richt’s Record in The SEC is on Neutral Fields

# 3 what Coach Richt’s Record in The SEC is altogether

RED DOG 77 says no one can come in here and point out these FACTS.

That no one is a Bulldog fan who does face up to what we in FACT are.

That he doesn’t read it.

You know why ?

Because RED DOG 77 doesn’t want to know.

Because RED DOG 77 thinks if he HIDES THE FACTS that it will help in the recruiting, but the recruits KNOW what the FACTS are on UGA. Do you believe they do ? Or believe they do NOT and that by HIDING THE FACTS, that they WILL NOT FIND OUT the FACTS ?

Because RED DOG 77 thinks if he HIDES THE FACTS that it will make the players on the team feel more positive about themselves. Heaven forbid our players should actually play a HOME game at UGA and feel like they NEED to DO A LOT BETTER THAN THEY HAVE BEEN at HOME. Heaven forbid our players should actually play a game on a NEUTRAL FIELD and feel like they NEED to DO A LOT BETTER THAN THEY HAVE BEEN on NEUTRAL FIELDS.

Let’s all treat the recruits and the players on our team like Mushrooms and keep them in the dark and feed them B.S.

Act like EVERY Recruit considering UGA and act like EVERY Player for UGA ever is a total dumb slit.

You can’t talk about our Offense. You can’t point out for 4 years in a ROW on Offense now, we have led the ENTIRE NATION in penalties, for 4 years in a ROW on Offense now, we have led the ENTIRE NATION in fumbles, for 4 years in a ROW on Offense now, we have led the ENTIRE NATION in interceptions.

And, that all we have this year is 3 Freshmen Quarterbacks, none of whom has EVEN THROWN A PASS.

March 2010. Last time Coach Richt beat a Top 10 Final AP Poll team Nov 2006.

He beat # 9 Final AP Poll Auburn November 2006.

He beat # 6 Final AP Poll LSU in 2005.

Coach Richt declared that HE KNOCKED THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM by beating # 4 Final AP Poll Tennessee vols in 2001.

KNOCKED THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM in 2001 ?

He did ?

Let’s look at his 2001 season, please shall we to see if he KNOCKED THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM, or NOT ?

UGA Ended up ranked # 22 in the Final AP Poll 2001.

LOST to Boston College # 21 in the Final AP Poll 2001.

LOST to South Carolina # 13 in the Final AP Poll 2001.

LOST to Florida # 3 in the Final AP Poll 2001.

LOST to 7-5 Auburn UNRANKED Final AP Poll 2001.

BEAT 8-5 Georgia tek # 24 Final AP Poll 2001.

BEAT # 4 Final AP Poll Tennessee 2001.

It’s 10 years now since HE KNOCKED THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM.

2001 (1) LOST 1 SEC NEUTRAL FIELD game

2001 (2) LOST 2 SEC HOME games at Sanford.

2001 (3) LOST to 3 SEC teams, none at their stadium.

2001 (4) LOST 4 games while Miami of Florida LOST 0.

2001 (5) LOST to Florida.

2001 (6) LOST to 1 UNRANKED Top 25 Final AP Poll team.

2001 (7) Played a CRAPPY Opponent in a bowl game.

2001 (8) Failed to beat Florida & vols in the same year.

THAT is KNOCKING THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM to beat # 4 Final AP Poll Tennessee vols in 2001 ?

That is what Coach Richt said.

It was music to our ears in 2001. It was what we wanted to hear way back then 10 years ago, now.

Whose players was it that WON that game, Coach Richt’s Recruits or Jim Donnan’s Recruits ?

We have averaged 3 and a half LOSSES per year for the last 4 years in a row and COUNTING.

That is 14 LOSSES the last 4 years in a row, now.

That is with Matthew Stafford, AJ Green and Knowshon Moreno.

Jim Donnan’s last 4 years in a row, he only LOST 13 games.

14 LOSSES Coach Richt his last 4 years now.

13 LOSSES Jim Donnan his last 4 years in a row.

WE FIRED JIM DONNAN FOR THAT. Wanted MORE.

Coach Richt now 10 years later after Coach Richt said, that HE KNOCKED THE LID OFF THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS’ FOOTBALL PROGRAM in 2001 beating # 4 Final AP Poll Tennessee vols 26-24 on the hobnail boot; Who is now 10 years later drinking this KOOL-AID ?

UGA leads the nation in arrests/suspensions in 2001 to 2010 Coach Richt Era.

Where did you find the info that UGA leads all teams in arrests/suspensions from 2001-2010? Is this fact or opinion?
