Does anyone know why the Dawgs are missing the boat on AJ Johnson out of Gainesville?
The coaching staff showed some interest initially with AJ Johnson but since then have not shown much at all. Johnson was pretty upset that he was not invited to the first Junior Day in January.
The coaching staff I feel is pretty confident they will land Vaughters out of Tucker. We already have one ILB commit in Amarlo Herrera. Their are offers out with Denzel Perryman, the number ILB nationally Lawrence Thomas and Christian Russell who is pretty high on North Carolina. We need to sign one more ILB this class. Unless something major happens we have no shot at AJ Johnson.
