Telvin Smith to Announce Today
Telvin Smith has moved up the time he will make his announcement to between 7:30pm and 8:00pm EST today. The announcement will be at Locos Bar and Grill in Valdosta. From what I have heard this bar is decked out in UGA gear hopefully this is sign. Right now it is 50/50.
